Hey everyone!

I was reading on another forum about visualization and how they use it for different areas of their lives. Including business. I was wondering if anyone here uses it and if so, can you describe the process?

I used to think stuff like this was absolutely rubbish Smile But, I made my own "mind opps I meant film" based on the info that was given out during that time and I've got to say it did improve my way of thinking and general well being. At the end of the day, what harm is there in visualising how you want your life to be Smile
